dotDot Delivery
How it works

Two sides, one delivery.

Every Dot Delivery trip has a customer sending something and a rider carrying it. Here's exactly how it works for each side.

Sending something

  1. 01

    Tell us what's moving

Enter your pickup point, your drop-off destination, and a quick description of what's being sent. You'll see the distance and a fare estimate before you confirm anything.

  2. 02

Get matched with a verified rider

A nearby, ID-verified rider accepts your request. You'll see their name, photo, and bike's license plate before they arrive, so you know exactly who's coming.

  3. 03

    Hand over the pickup code

The moment you're matched, we send you a one-time pickup code. Your rider can't collect the package without it — only give it over once you've confirmed it's the right person.

  4. 04

    Watch it move

Track the route in real time from pickup to drop-off, and share the live trip with anyone you'd like to keep in the loop.

  5. 05

    Confirm with the drop-off code

Whoever's receiving the package gives the rider their own code. That's what closes out the delivery — without it, the order stays open.

  6. 06

    Get a receipt

Every completed delivery is saved with a receipt in your delivery history, ready to download whenever you need it.

Riding for Dot Delivery

  1. 01

    Get verified

Apply with your national ID, proof of address, and vehicle registration. We review every application by hand before approving an account — no shortcuts.

  2. 02

    Go online when you're free

There's no shift schedule. Open the app when you want to ride, and close it whenever you don't.

  3. 03

    Accept a delivery

See the pickup point, the destination, and the fare before you accept — no surprises once you're on the road.

  4. 04

    Get the pickup code

Ask the customer for their pickup code before you take the package. No code, no pickup — that rule protects you as much as it protects them.

  5. 05

    Deliver and confirm

Ask the recipient for their drop-off code once you arrive. Entering it closes out the trip and confirms the package reached the right person.

  6. 06

    Get paid

Customers currently pay in cash, collected directly by you on delivery.
