dotDot Delivery
For business

Delivery infrastructure for Harare businesses.

Stop duct-taping together courier calls and WhatsApp follow-ups. Dot Delivery gives your business a proper same-day delivery layer — verified riders, real-time tracking, and a full audit trail on every trip.

Built for operations, not one-off errands.

Business accounts get a different experience from the ground up — not just a regular account with a different label.

Priority dispatch

Business requests are auto-accepted and jump the queue. No negotiating fares, no waiting for a rider to accept — your delivery moves the moment you confirm.

Verified riders only

Every rider on the platform has been reviewed by hand — national ID, vehicle registration, and a live selfie matched to their ID before they ever see a request.

Real-time tracking

Watch every delivery move from pickup to drop-off. Share a live trip link with your customer so they know exactly when to expect it — no inbound calls asking for updates.

Full delivery history

Every completed trip generates a downloadable receipt. Your account keeps a full record — useful for reconciliation, disputes, or just knowing what moved when.

Volume pricing

Business accounts operate on a fixed rate structure. The more you move, the more predictable your delivery cost becomes — no surge pricing surprises.

Depot pickup

Set a saved depot address on your account. Riders always know where to come — no re-entering pickup coordinates every time.

Who's it for?

If your business regularly moves physical things, Dot Delivery is probably relevant to you.

E-commerce & retail

Ship orders same-day without maintaining your own fleet. Customers get live tracking; you get receipts and delivery confirmation.

Pharmacies & medical

Time-sensitive deliveries need verified hands. The pickup and drop-off code system means prescriptions and medical items reach exactly the right person.

Legal & financial documents

Contracts, title deeds, and bank documents can't go missing. Every delivery is tracked end-to-end and confirmed with a code.

Food & hospitality

Hot food has a short window. Auto-accept and priority dispatch keep rider wait times short enough for food delivery to actually work.

Hardware & supplies

Move parts, tools, and materials between sites without pulling your own staff off-task. Request from the app, track on the map.

How company accounts work.

A business account on Dot Delivery is a verified company profile, not just a regular user account with a company name typed in.

  1. 01

    Apply and get verified

Register your business through the app. Our team reviews the application and verifies the company before activating the account. This keeps the platform trustworthy for the riders working with you.

  2. 02

    Set your depot

Save your business address as a depot. It auto-fills as the pickup point on every request — one less thing to do when you're placing an order quickly.

  3. 03

    Place a delivery

Enter the drop-off address, describe what's being sent, and confirm. The fare is calculated and shown before you commit. Auto-accept means a rider is dispatched immediately.

  4. 04

    Track and confirm

Watch the delivery in real time. Your recipient uses their drop-off code to confirm receipt — the system closes the trip and generates a receipt automatically.

  5. 05

    Review your history

Every delivery lives in your account history with full details and a downloadable receipt. Filter by date, amount, or status for reconciliation.

Common questions.

How does business pricing work?
Business accounts are on a fixed rate structure — you see the exact fare before you confirm, every time. No negotiating with riders, no surge pricing, no end-of-month surprises. The rate reflects the priority dispatch and guaranteed auto-accept your account gets.
Can multiple people on our team place orders?
Multi-user team accounts are on the roadmap for launch. For now, a single company account covers your operation. Reach out and we'll work with you directly.
What happens if a delivery goes wrong?
Every trip is logged with pickup and drop-off confirmation codes. If there's a dispute, we have a full audit trail. Contact our support team and we'll investigate with that record in hand.
Do you offer cash-on-delivery for our customers?
Currently riders collect payment on delivery. We're working on card and mobile money integration — business accounts will be first to access it.
What areas do you cover?
We're launching in Harare. Coverage expands as our rider network grows — register your business now and you'll be notified when your area goes live.
